Initiate Your Return
Log in to your GRUV account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all discs, cases, and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
